Us girls have to talk about anything and everything! It's bad, unhealthy even, to keep all these things running through your mind buried. Trust me, I would know. Growing up I was a very shy and scared-of-the-world kinda girl and overtime I started breaking out of my shell and talking to people and I learned that it is SO nice to get things off your chest.
